The seminar provided valuable insights into the various career paths available for software engineers in the IT industry. Prof. Erlynjoy Macaraeg emphasized the importance of continuous learning and adapting to new technologies. Key takeaways included understanding the different roles within software engineering, such as front-end developer, back-end developer, and full-stack developer, and the skills required for each. The seminar also highlighted the significance of soft skills, such as communication and teamwork, in advancing one's career.

III. Reflections on possibilities of implementing some of the webinar input on a practical level (practical application of learnings)

Implementing the learnings from the seminar can be done by setting clear career goals and identifying the skills needed to achieve them. For instance, if one aims to become a full-stack developer, it is essential to gain proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies. And additionally, participating in coding bootcamps, online courses, and hackathons can provide hands-on experience and enhance technical skills. Networking with industry professionals and seeking mentorship can also offer guidance and support in navigating one's career path.

V. Suggestions for improvements to be made/considered for future activities

For future activities, it would be beneficial to include hands-on workshops or coding sessions to complement the theoretical knowledge shared during the seminar. Providing access to resources, such as recommended reading materials or online courses, can help participants continue their learning journey. Additionally, organizing follow-up sessions or creating a community platform for attendees to stay connected and share their progress would enhance the overall impact of the event.
